Games, in which teams care involved, can be interesting and exciting. Volleyball is one such an interesting game. It can be really exciting and beneficial to the players.

lleyball is the game played between two teams; each teams comprising of six players. It’s the game in which the ball is sent across the net without touching the ground. There are also the rules and regulation while playing volleyball. The court has the specific measurement and the certain height of the net by two poles pitched in both sides of the court. Players are not allowed to go out of the court. The game volleyball needs perfection on various skills such as digging, volleying, servicing, spiking etc.
