Relay Races

Relay race is an interesting game which can be played as a lead up game. It is played in the group co-operation and support which makes the game more attractive and competitive. Relay race played under the rules, regulations, and discipline. It helps to develop the speed, body flexibility, agility, group feelings and other social and physical qualities in the participants. In the relay race the group is declared as the winner in the place of an individual.
There are different steps playing in the relay race. As on playing on the step wise as in other games we can play in the step like, rescue relay, tunnel ball relay, overhead relay and straddle relay.
